- Hotel was awful from the time we walked in. Room was old, dirty. No windows. Mattress was exposed and dirty. We did use the toilet before we turned around and walked out,, and booked another room,,,, but the toilet did not flush properly.

The receptionists are often not found in the front desk. It would be nice if we have clear information on how to contact the receptionist before checking in.
We had the king room..one of the best! Very well equipped and clean and with lots of amenities. Congrats to staff for their kindness.
